application scenario

This product is mainly used for sewage treatment in the catering industry, separating the oil and fat in the sewage to meet the requirements of the oil content index in the sewage discharge standard, and is widely used in the sewage treatment of canteens, hotels, catering enterprises and commercial complexes in catering areas.

Product Overview

This series of products is developed and produced according to the needs of oil-water separation of catering wastewater in the market. The process goal is: after the oily sewage discharged by the catering unit is treated by the process, it reaches the sewage discharge standard level 3 or above (only refers to the oily index)
≤100mg/L) while optimizing the suspended solids index (SS).

The scope of work of this product:

1. Ambient temperature 4 ℃ -40 ℃, relative humidity ≤90% (20 ℃)

2. Raw water pH: 6-9

3. Head range 0-60m, flow range 0-100m3/h

4. Power supply voltage 380V, frequency 50HZ

5. Raw water oil density ≤0.95g/cm3, oil content ≤350mg/L

6. Raw water suspended solids concentration (SS) ≤290mg/L

The product is treated by solid-liquid separation, oil-water separation, grease collection, lifting discharge and other processes to realize the three-phase separation of sewage, grease and solid residue in sewage, the sewage is directly discharged into the sewage pipe network, and the grease is collected and centrally processed (refined biodiesel). The solid residue is centrally transferred to the garbage treatment center. The product is automatically operated unattended, with low noise and low consumption, no odor and no leakage. It can be connected to the central control system to monitor the operation status, meeting the modern management needs of related enterprises.

III.Working principle

Catering wastewater enters the equipment area, first passes through the solid-liquid separation area, and is treated by a fully automatic slag removal machine to remove the raw water
The solid slag above 5mm is separated and discharged to the storage bucket, the sludge below 5mm is precipitated to the bottom of the tank for discharge, and the treated sewage enters the oil-water separation area. In this area, the water flow running route is changed through the set-up diversion spoiler device, and the residence time of the sewage in the area is increased (4-5 seconds) to maintain the water flow
0.005m/s
The following speed flows uniformly to the water outlet. During the flow process, the density difference between the oil and the water causes the oil to automatically float to the liquid level, and collect it to the oil collecting area along the slope guide plate. An aeration device is set up in the separation area to speed up the separation of the oil and the sewage, accelerate the floating speed of the oil, and comprehensively improve the oil separation efficiency. A constant temperature heating device is provided in the oil collecting area to facilitate the discharge of the oil in a liquid state. The oil in the oil collecting area is regularly discharged into the storage bucket. During the oil-water separation process, a small amount of sludge is collected to the sludge discharge area (near the drain port) under the action of gravity and water flow. The siphon device at the lower end of the drain pipe will
More than 90% of the deposited sludge is discharged to the drainage area, and the remaining small amount of sludge is regularly discharged through the valve. The treated wastewater is discharged to the municipal sewage pipe network under the action of the sewage pump. All process points work under the working procedures set by the control system, and multiple related actions are taken to maximize the separation efficiency of oil and water slag.

IV. Product features

1. The product box is made of all stainless steel plate (SUS304), with a fully enclosed structure and reserved ventilation ports to ensure that there is no odor or leakage between the equipment.

2. After the sewage enters the water inlet tank, the fully automatic slag remover separates more than 5mm of solid slag from the equipment, and automatically scrubbs the mesh (anti-blocking) during operation to ensure the process effect of solid-liquid separation.

3. The swirl device at the outlet of the water inlet tank avoids the accumulation of grease in the water inlet tank.

4. After accurate model calculation, the diversion and spoiler device is established to delay the flow rate, prolong the residence time of sewage, and ensure the gravity separation of oil and water

5. The operation of the aeration device catalyzes the decomposition of larger oil-water molecules, which is conducive to the oil leaving the water base and rapidly rising with the bubbles

6. The accurate slope plate design at the top allows the floating grease to quickly gather along the slope plate to the oil collecting area, minimizing the phenomenon of grease being carried into the drain by the water flow

7. The constant temperature heating device in the oil collecting area makes the oil in a liquid state, which is conducive to the smooth discharge of oil.

8. The siphon device at the end of the drain pipe in the oil-water separation area maximizes the discharge of the settled sludge in the area to the drainage area, avoiding the blockage of the box

9. Dual pumps are used in the oil discharge area, one for use and one for standby, rotating work, and the instantaneous overflow double pumps are started at the same time to ensure no spillage during operation. The submersible sewage pump is installed in a coupled manner, which can be repaired and replaced without stopping.

10. Set up an overflow device for the drain tank to ensure the normal operation of the business unit in the event of maintenance, power outage, etc

11. The connection pipeline of the functional area adopts DN150 large pipeline to avoid pipeline blockage

12. The control system adopts a PLC intelligent control system. After accurate calculation of the model, the linkage operation program of each process point is accurately established to ensure the realization of the process goal.
